Our Staff
North East House Clearance is a small, independent
non-franchised family business who employ and train people of the North
East.
- We employ a number of full and part-time staff to help us in all areas
of our business from maintaining this very website to making sure our
vans remain in full working order.
- We are an equal opportunities employer whose youngest member of staff
is 16 and the oldest 63.
- We employ women and different nationalities.
- We train our staff where appropriate and applicable. For example some
of our staff have gained new skills, certificates, NVQs and training
in I.T, vehicle body repair and health and safety etc.
- All of our staff are fully insured.
- We pay all of our staff more than the national minimum wage limit.
- All of our staff are CRB checked.

Our house clearance vans are 14ft long, 10ft
in height, 7ft in width & can carry over 1.5 tonnes of household
waste. That's a full house we can squeeze into our large furniture
box vans!
